How can I find out more about your program?
Oakhill families are automatically notified of the online catalog in February (grades Toddler-8th grade). Non-Oakhill families can download the catalogue from our website after February 23, 2011 or email the Summer Coordinator or call the main office at 816-436-6228 if you want one mailed to you.
Summer Catalogs will be mailed to Summer 2010 Campers. If you have moved since last summer, Please contact the main office at 816-436-6228 so that we may update our records.
When does 2011 Summer registration begin?
February 23, 2011 at 8:00 a.m.
How do I register for summer 2011 courses?
The summer catalog will be online in February. At that time, you may download the catalog and
•1) Register on line
•2) Fax your registration to Oakhill with a credit card number and signature
•3) Mail your registration to Oakhill with a check or credit card number and signature.
•4) Walk your registration into Oakhill with full payment.
Classes fill quickly so get your registration in.
How will I know if I have been enrolled?
If you register on line you will receive confirmation on line. When hard copy enrollment forms are mailed or walked-in to the office, the summer office will generates a confirmation including a copy of your registration form along with a receipt noting the tax ID number. You will also receive a letter which details drop off and pick up procedures. It may take one week to receive this confirmation due to the large amount of enrollment forms being returned.
How will I know if a class is closed?
We will personally call and let you know if a class is closed. At that time, we will notify you of other offerings open that week, and you may make another selection. You will typically know within 48 hours if there is a problem. If you do not receive a call, you will receive confirmation via mail.
