There are many ways that parents, alumni, grandparents and friends of Oakhill can support our school mission-
To provide excellence in education through child-centered learning in a supportive, challenging, and rewarding environment that provides students with self-confidence, values, knowledge, and the foundation for leadership through emotional, physical, and social development.
As you know, Oakhill is an independent school with no private endowment or government support. Our only sources of revenue are tuition payments and the generosity of our parents and friends. As with all private schools, current tuition does not cover the cost of an Oakhill education. This is by design, allowing parents and friends to also support the school through tax deductible gifts via our annual fund and other fundraising events held throughout the year.
Although all families at Oakhill are expected to participate in the annual fund, it is by no means an obligation. Our hopes are that you will view your participation as an important and meaningful personal philanthropic opportunity. Every year, Oakhill provides several fundraising opportunities, like our annual auction, Treasure Sale, and Golf Tournament. Please keep in mind that support can be given at anytime. It is your generosity which will help us continue to carry out the schools mission statement and secure our continued success in the future.
