It’s where you are in every moment in your life, and particularly in your child’s life. It’s all right in front of you, in front of them…with the future unfolding every day. Right now.
We’ve been through planning in the past, and even survived natural disasters that altered our course of action. With classes meeting regularly in the head of school’s office for lack of any other available space, and using our gymnasium to host school productions in shifts as our enrollment has outpaced our expansion, it’s time to address our space issues. When? Right now.
Innovative space planning will allow us to share our new space with other businesses and organizations in the community, providing for earned revenue to support the school as well as to serve the business and civic community while also enhancing educational and experiential opportunities for our students in the arts, culture, and intergenerational exchanges.
It’s here. It’s time. It’s right. Right now. We invite you to join us.
We are eager to share a real time glimpse of all the construction excitement that wouldn't be possible without your support.

Oakhill Day School South Campus
In August 2015, Oakhill Day School purchased the 54,000-square foot, three-story Gladstone Office Building located at 6910 North Holmes Street. The strategic purchase of the North Holmes building affords the school more classroom space than new construction and creates an Oakhill Day School campus with North and South classroom buildings that tie visually to one another through exterior architectural features, signage, and streetscape.
Moving students, faculty, and staff into this building will eliminate the current satellite classroom space located on the top floor of the Dentistry for Children building currently used by third and fourth grades and administrators. Oakhill will lease space in the South Campus building not slated for use in the near-term to tenants. Secured access to school facilities will keep student spaces separate from tenant spaces. Existing and new tenants provide an additional revenue stream for the school.
As of the 2016-17 school year, the Oakhill Day School South Campus is the new home for Grades 4-8.
