Summer At A Glance
What is Oakhill Summer Days?
Oakhill Summer Days is a fun and exciting experience for children ages 2 through the 8th Grade. At Oakhill Summer, students can choose from a variety of academic preparation and enrichment courses that are designed to stimulate a student's intellectual, physical, creative and social growth. Any child is welcome at Oakhill Summer Days, even those who do not attend Oakhill during the academic year.
What is the Oakhill Summer Days mailing schedule?
Postcards will be sent to last summer's families in December.
Teasers will be mailed in early January via direct mailing service (this is a simple "teaser" to tell you about some of the things Oakhill offers in the summer). Because a direct mailing service is used, teasers may not be mailed to the past summer's attendees.
Catalogs will be posted on the Summer Catalog page on this web site in February.
What types of courses are offered?
Oakhill Summer Days offers everything from academic programs to sports camps. If your child wants to take an art studio camp, do science experiments, learn to cook, enjoys drama and theater, or wants to take a camp geared towards their interests then we have a camp for them! For those looking for a traditional day camp, we offer a fun-filled Traditional Camp with uniquely themed weeks of arts and crafts, outside sports and playground activities and much more. Swim lessons are offered to accompany Traditional Camp, as well as a Super Swim option for your child's afternoon.
For our 2, 3 and 4 year old students, we offer Toddler, Lil’, Mini, and Kindi Camps which offer flexible schedules for you and your child. You have the option to send your child for full or half days. For Toddler, Lil’ and Mini Campers, we offer 3-day programming as well. Your little one is in for fun-filled themed weeks of art, music and movement, storytelling, creative play and water play on Fridays. Mini and Kindi Camp students also have the ability to register for swim lessons and learn all the basics of swimming skills.
