Tuition & Fees

Affording private education takes careful financial planning, so we have provided several options to help you make a significant impact on your child's future.

Options include: 

Oakhill offers multi-child discounts as well for families looking to enroll multiple children.

For the 22-23 School Year, discounts applied are as follows:

  • 2nd Child receives a discount of $100/half day enrolled up to $1,000 off
  • 3rd Child receives an 8% discount off their total tuition
  • 4th Child receives a 10% discount off their total tuition
  • 5th+ Child(ren) receive a 12% discount off each child's tuition

*If inquiring for the current school year, please contact the Admissions Office for current year tuition rates.


 

 
Due upon acceptance and enrollment:
  • A non-refundable tuition deposit of 15% per child is due with the signed enrollment contract
Tuition Liability

Per the enrollment contract signed upon the first year of acceptance, once enrolled the full tuition obligation for the initial and subsequent academic years is understood and becomes payable to Oakhill Day School. Requests for withdrawal from the current or upcoming academic year, for any reason, are at the discretion of the Oakhill Day School Administration and Board of Trustees and must be dated and submitted in writing to the Head of School. If you request a withdrawal (including a medical withdrawal), or if the school dismisses the student, financial adjustments made to the total tuition obligation (based on date of cancellation) are as follows:

  • Before February 15 | No Financial Obligation
  • February 16 – March 31 | 10% of the Total Tuition Obligation + Enrollment Fees
  • April 1 – May 31 | 50% of the Total Tuition Obligation + Enrollment Fees
  • June 1 – July 31 | 75% of the Total Tuition Obligation + Enrollment Fees
  • Beyond August 1 | 100% of the Total Tuition Obligation + Enrollment Fees

 


 

Admissions Process

Oakhill Day School seeks to enroll students 18-months through Upper School who demonstrate the desire to contribute to the mission of the school. Oakhill focuses on admitting students that enjoy a challenging learning environment.

When evaluating candidates, the Admissions Committee takes into consideration:

  • Aptitude and curiosity
  • Academic achievement, readiness, and motivation
  • Social and emotional development
  • Interests, talents, and extracurricular contributions
  • Family support, for both children and the school

Requirements for admissions differ per grade level.
