Schedule a Student Visit

The Admissions Director will contact you to schedule a student visit day once the application has been submitted.

As part of the admissions process, new students are required to visit Oakhill Day School and spend time with our students and teachers. During the Student Visit Day, Prekindergarten through Twelfth Grade will complete an assessment exam. The age of the applicant will determine the length of their visit and all visits for Preschool through Eighth grade will be held during at least one day during the school day. A second visit day is available upon request.

Pretoddler and Toddler applicants will participate in an after-school group student visit with teachers and parents.

Admissions Committee Review

The Admissions Committee will meet to decide on an enrollment decision.  Once the application is accepted, Oakhill will notify the prospective family and provide information on the final step to complete enrollment.

* Student records should be submitted for students that have previously attended an educational program in order for application to be processed.

** Letters of recommendation are kept completely confidential and the teacher writing the letter should mail them directly to Oakhill Day School.  Letters of recommendation are required for students applying for First through Twelfth Grade and may be required for younger students.

*Please contact the Admissions Office for tuition information if interested in applying for mid-year admissions.
