Text: 816-863-8993 OAKHILL PRIME - New High School Director Born and raised in Kansas City, Tori Jones is eager to come in and bring this new program to life. Jones attended The University of Missouri, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and pursued her Master's degree in Education at Johns Hopkins University. Jones has nine years of experience in education, ranging from teaching grades pre-k through 12th and serving as Montessori Director in Kansas City, MO. After moving between Missouri and Puerto Rico, Jones and her family are excited to be back in Kansas City for good and look forward to building a life-long family with Oakhill Day School.
What is PRIME? Oakhill PRIME is an independently paced academic program for students in Grades 9-12. PRIME is not your traditional high school program; instead, it utilizes experiences and community mentorships to guide students through self-paced learning, preparing them academically while ensuring they are career-ready for the future. No two PRIME students have the same learning path, making each student's high school experience as unique as the student.
