Select a Payment Plan for the 2020-2021 School Year

Credit card transactions incur a 3% convenience fee for any and all payment plans. If one and two pay families do not pay their tuition bill within the outlined payment schedule, they forfeit all discounts. Monthly payment plans are required to complete an ACH Direct Debit form which the Admissions Office cannot process until receiving both the ACH form and a voided check.

Installments not made by the outlined due dates lose the discount. Payments on one and two-payment plans that remain unpaid for 30 days, will automatically become a monthly plan.​​​​​ A $55 late fee from the Finance Office is added to any amount due not received by the 15th of each month.

Deposit and Fees

As stated in your Enrollment Agreement, a Non-refundable Enrollment Deposit of 15% of your total 2020-2021 Tuition will be billed on your Tuition Statement to be due February 15, 2020.

This deposit is non-refundable. The tuition deposit is part of the tuition payment and the remaining 85% of tuition due, less any applicable discounts, will be spread across the selected payment plan.

 

Tuition Liability

Per the enrollment contract signed upon the first year of acceptance, once enrolled the full tuition obligation for the initial and subsequent academic years is understood and becomes payable to Oakhill Day School. Requests for withdrawal from the current or upcoming academic year, for any reason, are at the discretion of the School’s Administration and Board of Trustees and must be dated and submitted in writing to the Head of School. If a withdrawal is requested and approved (including a medical withdrawal), or if the Student is dismissed by the School, financial adjustments shall be made to the total tuition obligation for the year as follows:

100% of the Total Tuition Obligation 


While we never want to lose a family, we understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. Please know that we do our best to create accommodations for a family needing assistance to remain an Oakhill family.

Completing this form by January 31, 2020, will prevent you from deposit liability as outlined in the withdrawal policy of the enrollment agreement.
