Lunch ordering made easy...

Oakhill Day School has partnered with Boonli to provide a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering system that allows parents to view our lunch menu, order, prepay and manage student lunches on the web for grades toddler through third.

An all-inclusive meal plan is offered for students in grades four and up with multiple payment options available to make paying for your child's daily meals fit within your family's budget!

Oakhill Day School F&B Fall CSA Registration Form

The Oakhill Day School Food and Beverage Department would love to offer a 10-week Fall CSA program in coordination with our favorite farmer John Goode of Goode Acres. Healing Harvest CSA is a Community Supported Agriculture program ran by Brean Reiley utilizing the same incredible produce Oakhill Day School frequently uses for our lunch and take-home dinners. She has agreed to partner with Oakhill Day School to offer us our own custom CSA boxes AND give 10% of all sales right back to the Food and Beverage Department.

This is a 10-week commitment to fresh delicious produce that not only benefits your family with locally sourced healthy foods but also helps our ODS F&B department which will use the money to offer more great locally sourced made from scratch meals for our community.

The cost is $30 per week which is $300 for the 10 weeks. Payment can be single pay by card on this form or we can break it up into two smaller payments on your SMART Tuition Account.

Produce boxes will be delivered weekly to the South Campus kitchen.  Pickup will be available anytime after 1pm on Wednesdays.  It is recommended to pick up your box on Wednesday but it can happen Thursday or Friday, too!

Pricing has been updated to reflect late enrollment when you submit the form.

Q. If I sign up do I have to participate for the entire 10 weeks?
A. Yes. For this time, this CSA will require full participation.
Q. What if I miss a week because I am out of town or just forget to pick up?
A. We will do our best to contact anyone who misses a pickup.  If you know in advance that you will be out of town you can let us know and we will either let someone you designate pick the box up on your behalf or you are welcome to donate the box to the ODS Food and Beverage program to be used in feeding the students.
Q. What type of items will be in the box?
A. You can expect around 10 items in the box, maybe more as the growing season goes on! Peaches, blueberries, pickling cucumbers, garlic, shishito peppers, lunchbox peppers, poblano and Anaheim peppers, peas, lettuce, kale, asparagus, chard, bok Choi, radishes, turnips, green onions, strawberries, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, cucumbers, summer squash, cherry tomatoes, green beans, beets, carrots and potatoes, red and heirloom tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, watermelon, cantaloupe, sweet potatoes, green beans, okra, basil, apples, winter squash, and more!
Q. Is this all organic?
A. This is not certified organic. Goode Acres works with seven other local farmers in a cooperative of supplying beautiful, chemical-free vegetables that they deliver to Greater Kansas City, farm to table.
Q. What is this vegetable/fruit and what am I supposed to do with it?
A. Email us and ask for a recipe!  We love sharing new ways to enjoy fresh local produce!
