Although the Building is Closed... School is in Session!
Oakhill Day School is taking all precautions to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety and well-being of our community (and the greater local and regional community) is our top priority.
Starting Monday, March 23, Oakhill will conduct all classes virtually and all Admissions tours will also be held virtually, Monday-Friday, until we return to campus tentatively on Monday, April 27. Please contact Dorothy Beckham, Director of Admissions and Financial Assistance with questions about enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year.
Please complete this form prior to your scheduled virtual tour:
Updates are being provided to the Oakhill community via our Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates Webpage. We plan to add all updates to this page so that all information is in one centralized location.
Farm 2 School Healthy Lunch Program
Having a complete wellness plan for our students is a unique attribute that Oakhill Day School is proud to offer its families. Wellness at Oakhill encompasses fitness (Physical Education 5 days a week), nutrition education (cooking classes, label reading, and connections with farmers), gardening, food allergy training for staff, and a general knowledge of the food our students eat during the school day.
Why choose Oakhill Food and Beverage Lunch Service?
Price and picky eaters can keep a family from choosing to purchase school provided hot lunches. By conducting an annual family survey, we plan to incorporate the foods that our students love the menu. There will not be a day where there is “nothing to eat” for your child.
Our goal is to offer our families maximum value. Students will be fed enough to stay full through the afternoon, enough to keep their minds sharp through the end of the day.
We realize our families are busy. The new food service plan at Oakhill will remove the evening and morning lunch prep sessions from your schedules, giving important quality time back to your family.
