The Carnival is Around the Corner!
Save the date for Oakhill's biggest night, the 2019 Carnival! Students, families, alumni, and more are encouraged to attend! Carnival is a great way to start the school year; meet new Oakhill families and catch up with old friends! There are a variety of carnival games and activities for the entire family and a special appearance by Prowler, Oakhill's mascot!
PTO is finalizing their plans for a great night. Be on the lookout for fun details to come!
Friday, August 23 from 3:30 to 7:30 PM
The event is at the Main Campus building. There is a variety of concession items available to eat/drink throughout the night, so don't worry about feeding your hungry kiddos!
In anticipation of a great crowd, parking for the event is located in the spots just west of the Main Campus Building as well as the parking lot located in the back of the Main Campus Building. Street and South Campus Building parking is also available.
HOW CAN YOU HELP? VOLUNTEER!
PTO needs lots of great parent and Middle School student volunteers to make this event a success! There are five shifts available for volunteers this year. We need help filling the following 1-hour time slots:
3 to 4 PM
4 to 5 PM
5 to 6 PM
6 to 7 PM
7 to 8 PM
To volunteer, click the button below to send a message to Rebecca DiGerlamo, Oakhill's Community Relations Coordinator. Please include your name, phone number, and time slot that you would like to work. Thank you in advance for giving your time!
You can also volunteer to bring treats for the Cake Walk! The Cake Walk is a fan favorite at our Carnival. Anything sweet will do; cakes, cookies, cupcakes, candies, and pies are all fair game! Collection tables will be out during Car Line in the days leading up to Carnival to make drop off easy for you. If you are unsure about what to bring, please feel free to send us an email, and we'll help you!
