Although the Building is Closed... School is in Session!
Oakhill Day School is taking all precautions to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety and well-being of our community (and the greater local and regional community) is our top priority.
Starting Monday, March 23, Oakhill will conduct all classes virtually and all Admissions tours will also be held virtually, Monday-Friday, until we return to campus tentatively on Monday, April 27. Please contact Dorothy Beckham, Director of Admissions and Financial Assistance with questions about enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year.
Please complete this form prior to your scheduled virtual tour:
Updates are being provided to the Oakhill community via our Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates Webpage. We plan to add all updates to this page so that all information is in one centralized location.
COVID-19 Related Announcements
Oakhill is here to help you through this new journey of homeschooling and more during this time of social distancing. Please remember that your child's teacher is ready to help you and are just an email or phone call away. Although many of our teachers have scheduled office hours, they are available to you when you need them!
We're waiting to hear from you!
We have consolidated all vital information regarding the closure on our COVID-19 Webpage. Please visit this page often to review sent messages, distance learning plans, and school contact information.
We've also included resources to help you through this stressful time. Remember that although we are in separate places, we are very much together in this and will work together to get through it. Oakhill has meet challenges before, and we've always come out on the other side stronger than ever.
Below is a series of videos by Psychologist Dr. Jennifer Degler (thank you to PTO for these resources), a clinical psychologist who is offering three free "sessions" relating to anxiety and what it does to the brain. Maybe you will find these helpful in getting through the days ahead.
