Although the Building is Closed... School is in Session!
Oakhill Day School is taking all precautions to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety and well-being of our community (and the greater local and regional community) is our top priority.
Starting Monday, March 23, Oakhill will conduct all classes virtually and all Admissions tours will also be held virtually, Monday-Friday, until we return to campus tentatively on Monday, April 27. Please contact Dorothy Beckham, Director of Admissions and Financial Assistance with questions about enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year.
Please complete this form prior to your scheduled virtual tour:
Updates are being provided to the Oakhill community via our Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates Webpage. We plan to add all updates to this page so that all information is in one centralized location.
Your gift, their future.
Every dollar to the Annual Fund impacts your child well beyond what tuition dollars provide. Tuition dollars do not cover total operating expenses at Oakhill Day School.
Did you know that your 100% tax deductible gift to the Oakhill Annual Fund helps Oakhill Day School provide talented teachers, daily necessities, educational technology and equipment, and exceptional curricular offerings in everything from arts to athletics? For most Independent Day Schools like Oakhill, tuition only covers 80% of the operating budget. The remaining 20% is funded in part by philanthropy – including gifts from the Annual Fund. We hope to reach our goal of 100% Parent Participation and $100,000 this school year. In order to achieve this goal, we need one gift... from you.
We recently announced that the Development Office would offer a tuition credit during our Annual Fund Campaign for the 2019-2020 school year! We are excited to have you join us for this incredible opportunity to earn a $10,000 tuition credit through your donation of $500 or more to the Annual Fund.
We have sent $500 in Oakhill money that we are asking that you match, double, triple, quadruple or more. You must match the $500 to receive your first entry. How much you choose to donate determines how many tickets are entered into the tuition credit drawing in your name. What you do with your credit is up to you! You can apply the credit to your child's tuition, or you can gift it to another Oakhill Day School student who has completed the admissions process.
- $500 = 1 ticket
- $1,000= 2 tickets
- $2,500= 5 tickets
- $5,000= 10 tickets
- $10,000= 20 tickets
*All pledges must be fulfilled by November 22 to be considered for the tuition giveaway.
Please remember we welcome all donations of any amount - $10, $20 or more. We understand that giving looks different for all families and every level of generosity is appreciated. The most important thing is that we want you to join us by giving to the Annual Fund this school year!
