Thank you for being a part of our annual golf tournament! This year's fundraiser will be held at Shoal Creek Golf Course on Sunday, September 16, 2018, with a 1:00 pm shotgun start. Registration begins at 11:00 with lunch starting at 11:30.
We want to make this event even larger than last year and welcome new and past golfers to participate! A team can be 4 men, 4 women, or any combination. We welcome and encourage single golfers to register as well.

Per person: $125 (Includes green fees, cart, range balls, & Hamburger & Brat Buffet lunch)
