What works best for you? Small group or one to one instruction? Any way you choose, your academic tutoring lessons will be interactive and tailored to your child's needs.

All of our tutoring instructors are trained teachers from Oakhill and surrounding districts that are excited to get to know your child over the summer months.

Small-Group Tutoring: Ranges from $180 - $520 per session. Small group tutoring sizes range from 2-10 students depending on grade level.

1:1 Tutoring: $30 - $75 per lesson depending on grade level, subject, and tutor: 1:1 tutoring is built to best help your child advance in any subject. Sessions range from 30 min. to 1 hour.

If selecting 1:1 tutoring, please choose Bill Oakhill Account if you are a current ODS Family or Cash/Check and we will contact you regarding billing once your tutoring session are scheduled.

The Parents/Legal Guardian will pay through Blackbaud Tuition or via credit card :

*Payment shall be made via Blackbaud tuition on the 15th of each month.

* Small group tutoring is charged at a bulk price per monthly session. Tutor will communicate when their 1 make-up sessions is.

No changes to the tutoring schedule may be made by anyone other than the parties listed on this agreement. Any changes to schedule must be made ahead of time with the full agreement of all parties listed.

*By checking yes, I agree to pay my tutoring bill through Blackbaud Tuition or an alternative form of payment like credit/debit card or ACH prior to service.

Cancelation Policyrequired

*Per individual tutoring sessions notify the tutor of pending schedule changes such as trips or appointments at least 24 hours ahead of time (or Blackbaud tuition Account will be billed and tutor will be compensated for scheduled time).

* Per Small Group Tutoring Bulk Priced Sessions: Please note that Blackbaud will be billed for all registered small group tutoring sessions. Due to the scheduling format of these group sessions, make-up sessions and refunds will not be provided

Parent/Legal Guardian Responsibilitiesrequired

*Making sure the student attends tutoring sessions regularly

*Pick-up is on-time unless otherwise discussed with Tutor beforehand.

For every 15 min. you are late, a dollar is charged per minute late and is added to your tutoring fees. After 2 consecutive late pick-ups of 15 minutes or more Oakhill has the right to terminate tutoring agreement.

*Scheduled payments through Blackbaud tuition (Oakhill Account) are billed on the 15th of each month, per the agreed schedule and rate mentioned above

*For individual 1:1 tutoring sessions, notify your child's tutor of pending schedule changes such as trips or appointments at least 24 hours ahead of time (or Blackbaud tuition Account or a credit card will be billed for the missed tutoring session).

*For Small Group Tutoring Sessions: Please note that Blackbaud or your credit card will be billed for all registered small group tutoring sessions. Due to the scheduling format of these group sessions, make-up sessions and refunds will not be provided

*Fees are calculated according to the times stipulated in the schedule and no adjustment shall be made unless above parties have communicated and agreed with a change in schedule
