Finance Office - Blackbaud Updates

At Oakhill Day School, we appreciate the investment you're making in your child's education and are here to support you in managing tuition and fees. Our Business Office is here to help you every step of the way, ensuring that the financial aspects of your school experience are clear, manageable, and stress-free. We are dedicated to helping you navigate your financial obligations so you can focus on what truly matters—your child's growth and education.

If you have any questions about your billing in Blackbaud, payments due, or payment plans, please reach out to Kristin Smith in the Business Office. We can also provide statements for your Dependent Care FSA or taxes.

Blackbaud Tuition Reminders

Access Blackbaud Tuition online at parent.blackbaud.school to view tuition and fee billing, make payments, and update your payment information.

Important: Save these email addresses to your safe sender or contacts list to ensure you receive all billing emails from Blackbaud. You'll receive an email reminder on the 5th of each month with your new monthly invoice billing:

For login issues, contact Blackbaud's customer service department at 800-468-8996.

Payment Options:

  • In-Person: Bring your check or cash to the main office at the school.
  • Online: Make payments via ACH or credit card at parent.blackbaud.school.
    • FEE UPDATE: Platform Fees for credit or debit card payments is 3.12% of the payment amount. For ACH or bank transfer payments, the platform fee is 1% of the payment amount, plus $0.30, but not to exceed $2.50.
  • Phone: Pay over the phone through Blackbaud at 888-868-8828.
