Thank you for your patience as we prepared SchoolDoc for the new school year! We apologize for the delay in launching this summer. As we transitioned to updated software, we encountered a few unexpected bugs that needed to be resolved to ensure everything works smoothly for our families. We're happy to share that those issues have been addressed, and information can begin being entered starting Thursday, August 6.

Completing your student's SchoolDoc profile is an important back-to-school task and helps us provide the safest, most efficient care possible throughout the school year.

Why Your SchoolDoc Profile Matters

Emergency Preparedness
Ensure your emergency contacts, preferred hospital, and emergency transportation permissions are accurate so we can respond quickly and according to your family's wishes if an emergency occurs.

Health Information & Medications
Update allergies, medical conditions, health history, and medication authorizations so our Health & Wellness team can provide the best possible care during the school day.

Field Trips & School Activities
Current information helps us efficiently prepare field trip rosters, verify permissions, and organize parent chaperones for upcoming adventures.

Immunization Records
Please verify that your child's immunization records or applicable exemption documentation are current in SchoolDoc. Maintaining accurate records helps Oakhill meet state requirements and ensures your student's health information is complete.

Athletics
For our 6th-8th grade student athletes, keeping track of sports physicals is essential. Updated profiles help us ensure that students are cleared to participate in athletics, contributing to their safety on and off the field. Physicals are valid for 2 calendar years.

Parent & Student Handbook
As part of your SchoolDoc forms, you'll be asked to acknowledge that you have reviewed and downloaded the Oakhill Parent/Student Handbook and discussed its expectations with your student. This helps ensure families begin the school year with a shared understanding of school policies, procedures, and expectations.
