Another exciting Field Day is right around the corner. Here is everything you need to know for the best 2026 Field Day of fun ever! Thursday, May 14th - Middle School BattleThe Middle School Battle will be held on the North Field from 1:00pm - 2:45pm. Parents are invited to attend and cheer on our 5th - 8th graders as they compete for the Middle School Battle Championship! Friday, May 15th - Pretoddler - 8th Grade Field DayWe invite families to attend and enjoy this special day of fun while traveling from game to game with your child. Flapjack Breakfast - 7:00-8:40am at the South Campus BuildingFlapjack Fest will take place the morning of Field Day. Breakfast will be served for Pretoddler - 8th Grade in the South Campus Building parking lot from 7:00am - 8:40am. Chris Cakes will be on-site preparing this FREE flapjack feast for all current Oakhill Families as a thank you from the Admissions Office for your continued support of the school! Please come for breakfast before you head to work or take it to-go! We’d love to see you! Things to note: There will be no ODS breakfast served by Flik on Field Day. Students who typically attend Kids' Club and eat in the Main Building and South Campus will attend the Flapjack breakfast with Kids’ Club. All other students must have a parent/guardian in attendance with them at the Flapjack Fest. *Please note: All students must be in their classroom prior to 8:40am to not be counted as tardy. ParkingThere will be ample parking spaces available around the campus. Please do not park in any tenant spaces (lot on the east side of the South Building), government building lots, or reserved auction spaces. South Building Morning Car LineDrop-off will be disrupted due to the flapjack fest; however, it will resume as normal in the afternoon. Buddy Family Events (All grade levels) - 9:00am - 11:11amPlease meet your child at their first game station after dropping-off at their classroom in the AM. There will also be a parent waiting area outside that we ask you to use instead of waiting in the classroom with your child. This will help us expedite getting sorted into our Buddy Families. You will not need to check-in at the Main Office. Games will be set-up on the North Field, Main Building Playground, and in the Main Building back parking lot. Game maps and schedules will be provided. |
