We are proud to spotlight alumni June Scott, ODS class of 2025, and celebrate her impressive accomplishments both in and out of the arena. June currently rides for three organizations, competing with KCPHA, KCHJA as an individual, and on a high school team through IEA. This past year, she qualified for finals with her team and earned an incredible three championship wins in her 2'6" division for KCPHA and KCHJA.
June was also honored with an invitation to compete in the Marshall + Sterling USHJA National Championship in Las Vegas. While she was unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, the invitation itself was a meaningful recognition of her talent, and we look forward to seeing what opportunities lie ahead for her in the future.
This year, June is moving up to the 2'9"–3' jumping division and is preparing to begin showing again in March. Beyond riding, June is a freshman at Pembroke, where she is thriving and enjoying her high school experience. She is actively involved on the debate team and serves as a cheerleader.
When she has free time, June enjoys playing the guitar, singing, and writing her own songs. A dedicated, hardworking, and creative young woman, June continues to impress us with her passion and commitment. We are incredibly proud of all that she has accomplished and can’t wait to see what she does next!
