Our Lights, Camera, Oakhill Auction Vacation Raffle is officially underway, and raffle tickets should have started coming home via backpacks yesterday, November 4! If you haven’t received the auction packet by this Thursday (November 7), please let us know right away so we can assist.
Raffle Highlights:
- Grand Prizes: Win a dream vacation (your choice of Belize, Cancun, Jackson Hole, or Lake Tahoe) or $2,500 in cash!
- Ticket Options: $50 for one ticket or $150 for all five.
- Golden Ticket: Add a $50 Golden Ticket for a chance to win both the vacation and the cash prize!
- Teacher’s Treat: Give a teacher an extra entry for $50 while boosting your chances to win.
Weekly Incentives:
- Class Pizza Party (Nov 1–7): The top-selling class wins a pizza party!
- Head of School Challenge (Nov 8–14): $5,000 in sales means the Head of School wears a silly costume!
- VIP Lunch (Nov 15–21): Top three sellers win a VIP lunch with the Head of School or a favorite teacher.
- Mystery Prize Box (Nov 22–28): Top seller picks a surprise prize!
- Pie in the Face (Nov 29–Dec 5): If we hit $15,000, the Head of School gets a pie in the face!
Raffle Ticket Information:
- Deadline for Returning Tickets: Tickets must be returned by December 9, 2024. The raffle drawing will take place on December 10, 2024.
- Return Unsold Tickets: Please return any unsold tickets by December 2, 2024, to avoid being billed to your Blackbaud account.
- For convenience, raffle tickets can also be purchased online through our auction website. You’ll find all the details about the trip and exciting contests each week to celebrate ticket sales. The checklist for returning your tickets is attached to the envelope that contained the tickets.
- Returning Tickets: Please avoid returning the entire auction packet (large envelope) to ensure your tickets don’t get overlooked. You may use the provided checklist to indicate whether you are returning the tickets or plan to keep them. If you choose to keep them, we’ll simply bill your Blackbaud account.
