Oakhill Shows Up BIG For Service Project

Service in action at Oakhill

The Oakhill community came together in a big way for this year’s School Wide Service Project. Through the generosity and support of students, families, and staff, more than 230 care packages were assembled and distributed to senior centers throughout the surrounding community in Kansas City.

Service is an important part of the Oakhill experience, and this project gave students the opportunity to see how simple acts of kindness can make a meaningful impact on others. From collecting donations to helping pack each care package, students worked together to support members of the community and put Oakhill’s values into action.

Thank you to everyone who donated items, volunteered their time, and helped make this year’s project such a success.
