Once Upon a Week (in Preschool)

This week in Preschool, we explored traditional tales to help build literacy, moral reasoning, and ignite imagination. We started with The Little Red Hen Makes Pizza, encouraging participation and teamwork. Children enjoyed making their own pizza and shared ideas on helping at home and school, emphasizing kindness. In Little Red Riding Hood, they imagined packing a basket for Grandma, teaching empathy. We discussed safety by not talking to strangers. In Gingerbread Girl, they created gingerbread figures and learned safety lessons. They also found 26 Hidden Gingerbread persons around the classroom, making learning engaging.
