Families in Pretoddler

Our pretoddlers spent the week learning about family!  Mrs. Clark does a wonderful job creating and implementing creative and age-appropriate lessons for her students.  Teaching pretoddlers about families is a great way to help them understand relationships and social structures.

Peek a boo books!  Imagine their delight when they opened a book and saw a picture of the people they love the most.

After a raining evening, these little explores put on their boots and played in the mud.  Using sticks they made up and down lines in the mud.  This is a fun way to build those prewriting fine motor skills.

With their tiny pincher fingers they added green paper squares and apples to their trees.

A family tree isn't complete unless it has family members.
