Oakhill Fully Charged is open to all students, age 2 - 8th grade, in the greater Kansas City metro area. You do not have to be an Oakhill student to have a Fully Charged Summer. 

Oakhill Summer Tutoring is open to entering grades Prek-12th grade both Oakhill and NonOakhill Students

Oakhill Fully Charged Summer enrollment is currently open and remains open throughout the summer as long as there is space available.

Oakhill Summer group/1:1 tutoring: 

• Registration Period for June Session: January 1st – May 30th
• Registration Period for July Session: January 1st – June 30th

At Oakhill Fully Charged, we try our best to provide care that is convenient for your family.

Drop-ins are welcome at Oakhill Fully Charged but you will still need to complete the Fully Charged application and pay the one-time $35 application fee.

Drop-ins are not available for Oakhill Summer Tutoring due to the progressive nature of the learning experience. Each session builds upon the previous one, ensuring a cohesive and meaningful educational journey for all participants. 

Founded over 75 years ago, Oakhill has seen many changes. Growth and expansion have changed the look and layout of our campus over the last decade. Today, the school serves over 300 families on two campuses encompassing over 300,000 square feet. We could not be more excited to fully utilize our South Campus Building this summer as a place where campers feel like they are in a hub of technology and innovation. In addition to our facilities, Oakhill is within walking distance to the soccer fields, community pool, and parks of Downtown Gladstone!

If Oakhill Day School cancels care, you will receive a full refund for any days missed due to that closure.

Please note that the $35 registration fee is non-refundable. If you paid via credit card, Oakhill will not reimburse the 3% fee.

All other cancellations will be refunded according to the following schedule:

• If you cancel with a 21-days notice you will receive a 100% refund
• If you cancel with a 14-days notice you will receive a 75% refund
• If you cancel with 5-7 days notice you will receive a 50% refund
• If your child is sick or is not allowed entry because of suspected illness no refunds will be issued
• Because of the limited number of students we are able to accept, we are unable to refund cancellations made with less than 5 days notice.

Oakhill Summer Tutoring: 

Per individual tutoring sessions notify the tutor of pending schedule changes such as trips or appointments at least 24 hours ahead of time (or Blackbaud tuition Account will be billed and tutor will be compensated for scheduled time). 

Per Small Group Tutoring Bulk Pricing: Please note that all small group tutoring sessions will be billed at a bulk price through Blackbaud for all registered participants. Due to the structure of these group sessions, make-up sessions and refunds will not be provided. 

Billing Note for Orton-Gillingham Tutoring:

• Scheduling: A minimum of two sessions per week is required.

• Minimum of 8 sessions per month is required.

• Billing: All sessions will be billed in advance at the beginning of each month.
