It’s time to THINK AUCTION! Each year, Oakhill Day School hosts an annual auction, which is the largest fundraiser of the year, raising anywhere from $150,000 - $250,000 in funds used on everything from curriculum development to keeping the lights on. All for Oakhill students, today!
This year the stakes are high and we want to make this the biggest and best auction year yet. There are lots of surprises coming to this year’s event so stay tuned!
The auction would not be possible without the generosity of the Oakhill parents, staff, and surrounding community businesses.

It’s our 75th Anniversary so it was only fitting to bring the party back to school! Night two will be a celebration of grand proportion! We are excited to have current ODS families, friends, and alumni back to celebrate 75 years of academic excellence in the Northland through Live Auction bidding, dinner, and dancing! VIP Tables will be available for purchase as well as individual tickets that include your dinner, entertainment, and more surprises! This celebration is a black tie affair as we transform Oakhill into the most elegant event space north of the river! Tanna Guthrie will be back as auctioneer and we look forward to seeing you all there.

Fund-a-Need 2023
This year, our fund-a-need project will make the gym Oakhill's ultimate multi-purpose space.
The Plan:
With your help, we are adding professional studio lighting and a jumbotron to the gym to make it part auditorium, athletic space, classroom, and more! This project will allow us to return winter musicals to Oakhill, as we will now have all the tools necessary for a professional show.
The studio lighting includes:
16 motion-controlled RGB lights to allow endless possibilities for events like musicals, graduations, drama performances, athletic introductions, auctions, etc.
The extra "bells and whistles" include:
A confetti cannon and fog machine!
The jumbotron is:
An 8"x15" (w) digital display board.
Because the plan is to mount the jumbotron directly across from the bleachers, it will serve as a second scoreboard and is in the ideal spot for all of our in-gym performances and activities. We can also add fun events like movie nights in the gym. During PE, teachers can connect via cellular devices, and the screen will be the new home to display our sponsor banners, athletic champions, upcoming events, and more!
We are excited to have this project round out our sound system and live stream fund-a-need projects.
