It’s time to THINK AUCTION! Each year, Oakhill Day School hosts an annual auction, which is the largest fundraiser of the year, raising anywhere from $150,000 - $250,000 in funds used on everything from curriculum development to keeping the lights on. All for Oakhill students, today! This year the stakes are higher and we want to make this the biggest and best auction year yet. There are lots of surprises and changes coming to this year’s event so stay tuned!

The auction would not be possible without the generosity of the Oakhill parents, staff, and surrounding community businesses. This year’s theme is Havana Nights. We need everyone’s support to make this event a success for our children! #HavanaNightsODS

This year's event will occur in two parts!

Saturday, March 5, 2022 Virtual Silent Auction Extravaganza

Host a house party and join us online as we wrap up the silent auction, draw our Vacation Raffle winner, and announce the Live Auction Lineup! No tickets needed, just register to bid!

Friday, April 29, 2022 Live Auction & Gala

6:30 PM VIP Check-In/Estate Tour | 7:00 PM GA Check-In | 8:00 PM Dinner

Join us for a night in Havana at the Falcons Nest Estate. Tanna Guthrie will be there to auction off several amazing live packages that include travel packages and more! Can't make the Gala, we will have live proxy bidders to raise your paddle for you. You will need tickets to this event!

2021-2022 raffle options are:

  • Sell tickets! (1 for $25 or 5 for $100) 

  • Keep for yourself!

  • Purchase and gift raffle entries to a teacher, friend, or family member!

All Oakhill families will receive 5 tickets in late December/Early January to sell.

This year, any family who sells 25 or more tickets will be entered in a drawing for $500!

Please return unsold tickets before January 21, 2022 to avoid being billed for unwanted tickets. After that date they will be billed to your ODS account. Tickets can still be sold after January 21. The final cutoff for Raffle Tickets is Friday, March 4.

*No ODS account refunds for misplaced or unsold tickets can be given after the raffle drawing on Saturday, March 5.
