It’s time to THINK AUCTION! Each year, Oakhill Day School hosts an annual auction, which is the largest fundraiser of the year, raising anywhere from $150,000 - $250,000 in funds used on everything from curriculum development to keeping the lights on. All for Oakhill students, today! This year the stakes are higher and we want to make this the biggest and best auction year yet. There are lots of surprises and changes coming to this year’s event so stay tuned!
The auction would not be possible without the generosity of the Oakhill parents, staff, and surrounding community businesses.

Saturday, March 4, 2023 Silent Auction Extravaganza
7:00 PM The Fun Begins | Where: Outlaw Cigar and Brewery - 309 E 10th Ave, North Kansas City, MO 64116
Night one of the ODS Auction is a silent auction, casino night, and fun social event at Outlaw Cigar and Brewery! Included in the ticket price is bidding, food and drink, and starter $$$ for those who want to take part in the casino games. We will also have auction games with fun prizes for all guests in attendance. All bidders can bid online by mobile device, so non-attendees can also bid. Invite friends and family, dress casual or fun, whatever you would like and get ready to bid often and bid big for ODS!
Kid’ Club is offering add-on childcare at the school for this event!

t’s our 75th Anniversary so it was only fitting to bring the party back to school! Night two will be a celebration of grand proportion! We are excited to have current ODS families, friends, and alumni back to celebrate 75 years of academic excellence in the Northland through Live Auction bidding, dinner, and dancing! VIP Tables will be available for purchase as well as individual tickets that include your dinner, entertainment, and more surprises! This celebration is a black tie affair as we transform Oakhill into the most elegant event space north of the river! Tanna Gutherie will be back as auctioneer and we look forward to seeing you all there.
Each year during the annual auction, Oakhill designates an area of the school to be the Fund-a-Need project! This project is usually a school area where updates, replacements, or installation were not otherwise budgeted. This year's Fund-a-Need will not only be a new playground area but will provide outdoor classroom spaces for the entire school, grades Pretoddler through 12th grade!

Cruising the open seas just isn’t for you? That’s okay, skip the travel or plan your own trip by choosing the cash prize instead! Who doesn’t like a little extra cash?
Travel must be completed within two years from the date of purchase. Reservations are subject to availability, and must be booked a minimum of 60 days prior to travel. Ground transportation is the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable and packages cannot be resold.
Eligibility to Enter: You must be 21 years or older to enter.
Drawing: A maximum of 1500 tickets will be sold.
How to Enter the Raffle: To enter the Raffle, Eligible Entrants shall purchase Raffle tickets during the period set forth by the Sponsor (“Entry Period”). Each Raffle ticket may only be purchased by one Eligible Entrant, and each Raffle ticket purchased by an Eligible Entrant is deemed an “Entry” in the Raffle. Eligible Entrants may purchase as many Raffle tickets as desired, subject to availability during the Entry Period. Raffle tickets may sell out before the close of the Entry Period. Raffle tickets must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any sale of Raffle tickets due to improper payment or payment that does not constitute “good funds” in U.S. Dollars. All sales of Raffle tickets are final after any advertised return period, or if there is no advertised return period, then all sales of Raffle tickets are final upon sale. No refunds or replacements of lost or stolen Raffle tickets will be issued by Oakhill Day School unless expressly provided in these Official Rules. Oakhill shall be the sole judge of the validity and eligibility of all Entries. Entries which have been or appear to be tampered with are void. Entries by purchasers of Raffle tickets who have violated these Official Rules in any manner are void.
Release of Liability: Oakhill and its officers, employees, and representatives are not liable for any damages or loss due to travel. By winning and accepting the prize, any participant in this drawing releases Oakhill Day School from claims of physical injury or damage or loss of personal property arising out of any occurrence, act, or omission of any third party during or in connection with the sold trip.
Taxes: The Oakhill Day School Auction Raffle ticket purchase is not a charitable contribution for tax purposes as defined by the Missouri Gaming Commission. The winner of the Auction Raffle must complete a W-9 form, as the value of the winnings is taxable. All federal, state, and local income and sales taxes are the sole responsibility of the Official Winner.
Notification of Official Winner: The purchaser need not be present to win. The official drawing will take place on the evening of Saturday, March 4, 2023. A school representative will notify the winner of their prize if not present at the time of winner selection.
